Dmart is expanding in Gaya area, they require fresher or experienced candidates for various job positions in their retail store. Fresher & Experienced candidates may join for the Dmart Private jobs. Individual KRA’s are discussed during the job interview with the candidates.

Job Responsibility of jobs in Gaya:

Always keep a smile on your face,
Never argue with customers,
Firstly, Scan products from customers in POS,
Generate bills & payment receipts, ensuring due compliance, and hand them over to the customer.
Count money back to the customer accurately and concisely,
Provide a helping hand to store staff in sales during rush/peak hours,
Collect payments whether in cash or credit,
Perform daily assigned tasks religiously,
Help store manager & asst. store manager in daily activities,
In last, Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas,
Promote UPI payment in-store

Qualifications Required to Apply for Private D-Mart Jobs in Gaya:

Minimum 12th pass,
Basic Computer knowledge is a must,
Communication and time management skills,
Basic mathematics skills,
No Experience is required, if you are fresher, then you can apply,

Shift Schedule:

Morning Shift (1st Shift) – 9 Hours – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Evening shift (2nd Shift) – 9 Hours – 2:00 PM to 11 PM
Rotational shift (Optional)– 9 hours between -10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Part-time also available (Part-time Shift) – 5 Hours- 6 PM to 11:00 PM
