Job Summary at DMart Fresher

As a fresher staff in the Dmart retail grocery store, the prime key responsibility is to complete the daily assigned task on time. Moreover, there are some departmental-related KRAs, which are assigned to every individual candidate once you join.

Job Responsibility of Freshers Jobs in Sirsa:

• • Firstly, Scan products from customers in POS,

• • Generate bills & payment receipts, ensuring due compliance, and hand them over to the customer.

• • Count money back to the customer accurately and concisely,

• • Provide a helping hand to store staff in sales during rush/peak hours,

• • Collect payments whether in cash or credit,

• • In last, Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas,

• • Meet and greet the customers daily,

• • Section upkeep & stock replenishment,

• • Timely execution for signage printing,

• • FIFO, LIFO, FEFO & Expiry management,

• • Customer Service,

• • Daily count of stock & check sales

Qualifications Required to Apply for D-Mart Job in Sirsa:

• • Basic Computer knowledge,

• • Strong communication and time management skills,
