Job Summary at DMart Fresher
As a fresher staff in the Dmart retail grocery store, the prime key responsibility is to complete the daily assigned task. Moreover, there are some departmental-related KRA, which are assigned to every individual candidate once you join.
The fresher candidates may be required to work in various department; Sale, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory & Home Delivery.
Job Responsibility of Fresher jobs in Kalyan:
- Complete assigned KRA daily,
- Firstly, Scan products from customers in POS,
- Generate bills & payment receipts, ensuring due compliance, and hand them over to the customer.
- Count money back to the customer in an accurate and concise manner,
- Provide a helping hand to store staff in sales during rush/peak hours,
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit,
- In last, Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas,
- Co-ordinate with other departments,
- Meet & Greet the customers daily,
- Section upkeep & stock replenishment,
- Timely execution for signage printing,
- FIFO, LIFO, FEFO & Expiry management,
- Customer Service,
- Daily count of stock & check sales
